As the owner, co-founder and CEO, Lina is responsible for the financial stewardship of Innovaxis and achieving operational excellence so that we continue to be financially healthy and offer the highest level of service quality for our clients.
Her prior work experience includes being an underwriter in both the Global Trade & Political Risk and the Trade Credit Departments at AIG. She also served as a quality auditor for Compsych, operations manager for Near North Insurance, and a purchasing executive for Johnson & Johnson.
Lina’s educational background includes the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business MBA program and a BS in Production Engineering from EAFIT University (Medellín, Colombia).
Lina’s personal interests include urban adventuring around the globe and reading. She is also a wife, mother and Cubs fan.
