Job Responsibilities
- Lead execution of client digital marketing initiatives
- Manage 2+ internal team members and external development resources
- Design, build and optimize WordPress websites (without builders but with an established process)
- Implement and manage WooCommerce or Shopify e-commerce websites
- Troubleshoot websites, integrations and CRM/automation systems
- Work across platforms like HubSpot, Zoho and other marketing tools
- Translate technical work into clear, client-friendly communication
- Review and QC work from external developers to ensure quality
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to improve speed and output
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve systems
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Strong WordPress experience (custom builds, not just builders)
- Hands-on e-commerce experience (WordPress and Shopify are ideal)
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- CRM experience (HubSpot and Zoho are ideal)
- Google experience (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console)
- PPC experience (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, ChatGPT, Reddit, etc.)
- Search engine optimization (SEO) and AI search optimization (AEO) experience
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and integration issues
- Customer/client-facing experience

Salary Range: $70,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
