As CEO and co-founder of Innovaxis, Lina Parnell leads the firm’s vision, strategy, and operations, ensuring financial strength, operational excellence, and exceptional client service. She partners with B2B organizations to accelerate growth through strategic marketing, AI, and digital transformation.
Before co-founding Innovaxis, Lina held leadership roles at AIG, Near North Insurance, and Johnson & Johnson. With more than 30 years of experience spanning engineering, operations, global risk management, finance, and procurement, she brings an analytical, practical approach to solving complex business challenges and helping organizations achieve measurable results.
Lina studied in the University of Chicago Booth School of Business MBA program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Production Engineering from EAFIT University in Medellín, Colombia. She is passionate about helping clients, employees, and business leaders grow through curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Lina enjoys traveling the world, exploring new cultures, discovering live music, and lifelong learning. She cherishes time with her family and can often be found playing fetch with Spot, her family’s energetic Bernedoodle. Her personal philosophy is simple: Be Bold. Be Curious. Be Inspiring.
